19.-25.2.

 Since it was springbreak, we didn't have any school this week. Instead we took a little trip to Leeuwarden. This week our internship took us to the prep-kitchen, where we made about 100 liters of sauces.

 On tuesday we did some mise en place for the dessert of wednesday, and on wednesday we had our last dinner service. Thursday and friday went by in the prep-kitchen, where once again we did some mise en place on a massive scale. Saturday was spent packing our stuff and cleaning, and on sunday we travelled back to Finland, without any greater problems.

12.-18.2.

 On monday we had a day off and visited Amsterdam. Tuesday and wednesday we were at school again, tuesday we were downstairs and I made stroopwafels, and wednesday we had a dinner service upstairs. Thursday to saturday I was at Pata Negra, and on friday I got off early, because all three of us had the chance to eat dinner at Pata Negra cost free. On sunday we waved goodbye to Moises, who's three weeks had come to an end.
